What is Buckets?
Buckets is an iPhone app for student-athletes who earn NIL money. It shows your accounts in one place, sorts your money into short-term, set-aside, and long-term buckets, and helps you plan for taxes and goals.
How does linking my bank work?
You connect through Plaid, a service many banking apps use. You sign in on Plaid's screen, not ours, so Buckets never sees your bank username or password. Buckets can see balances and transactions. It cannot move your money.
How do I disconnect a bank?
Open Buckets, go to More, then Manage Accounts. Swipe left on the bank, tap Remove, then tap Remove Bank. That also deletes that account's saved transactions and balances from Buckets.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to More, tap your name at the top to open Settings, then tap Delete Account. Step-by-step details are on the delete your account page. If you can't get into the app, email us from the address you signed up with.
Are the tax numbers real tax advice?
